A back seat driver and a little white lie.

My conversation with Eli the other day while driving:

Eli (from his car seat in the back): "You have to keep looking at the road."
Me: "What do you mean? I am watching the road."
Eli: "No Mommy, you need to stay in the white lines. Don't cross over them."

I hope he is as diligent with the rules when he starts to drive!

This evening while getting Eli into the bathtub he says to me, "When I get out of the bathtub, Daddy said I can play games on the computer." I said "He did?" Eli said "Yep, he said that." So I go downstairs to confirm with Chris this information. Nope! Chris did not tell Eli that! I am going to have to be on the ball with this kid!
